New Users (Not yet certified or trained)

Contact your Agency Administrator for a user name and password to gain access to the site. Only an Agency Administrator can register and schedule you for a factory or field training class.

Returning Users w/ User Name and Passwords (ALREADY CERTIFIED)

1. If you are already registered and certified and are a returning user with a user name and password, you can take the online recertification test no earlier than 60 days prior to your date of certification expiration.
2. You can take the online recertification exam online at any time in two ways:
   Proctored Exam – Contact your vendor administrator to schedule a time to take the exam.
   Online Exam – Once you have logged in, you can take the online recertification exam from anywhere.
   

 In-house Technicians

New Users (Not yet certified or trained)

1.	Register online by clicking here. Note: you can register without a valid AVO number, but you will not be permitted to proceed to the pre-test page.
2.	Complete the AVO Class. Click Here to learn more about AVO.
3.	Once you have completed the AVO class, and have a valid AVO number, you can return and select the stores using their National Store numbers.
4.	Take the online pretest.
5.	Once you have completed and passed the online pretest, you can then select a class of your choice from the list of available upcoming classes.

NOTE FOR IN-HOUSE TECHNICIANS ONLY: PRIOR to attending the Garland IN-HOUSE class, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Garland IN-HOUSE Waiver form. A copy of this waiver form MUST be signed and brought to the class, or signed prior to the start of the class. A valid AVO number is required for ANY in-house technician. Garland will not accept any technician into any field class without proper validation of AVO completion.

Important information regarding training classes:

1.	Training classes are 2 FULL DAYS.
2.	Class begins at 8:00 AM on Day 1 and ends at 5:00 PM on Day 2.
3.	Minimum class requirements of 8 technicians per class. If this number is not fully registered 2 weeks in advance, currently registered technicians will be notified of the class being cancelled.
4.	Garland will provide lunch and refreshments during Day 1 & 2.
5.	Garland will provide dinner at the completion of Day 1.
